Glass-fiber-reinforced (20%) PPS that is electrically insulating, rated UL94 V0 and able to withstand acids, alkalis, oils and solvents. It holds its shape at high temperatures and absorbs little moisture; a hardened nozzle is advised.

- Chemical resistantRated "Good" against at least four of the five chemical groups tested, or described as chemical resistant on the datasheet.
- Flame retardantUL 94 rating of V-0, V-1 or V-2 — stops burning on its own once the flame is removed.
- Glass fiberReinforced with glass fiber for extra stiffness and heat resistance.

- UL 94 V-0 (1.5 mm)Flammability rating from the UL 94 test. V-0 is the highest common rating: the flame goes out within 10 seconds with no burning drips.
