Characteristics
- High tempHeat deflection temperature of 100 °C or more — keeps its shape in hot environments.
- Flame retardantUL 94 rating of V-0, V-1 or V-2 — stops burning on its own once the flame is removed.
Certifications
- UL 94 V-0Flammability rating from the UL 94 test. V-0 is the highest common rating: the flame goes out within 10 seconds with no burning drips.
- REACHComplies with the EU REACH regulation on chemicals — no substances of very high concern above the allowed limits.
- RoHSFree of restricted hazardous substances such as lead, mercury and cadmium (EU RoHS directive) — needed for electrical and electronic products sold in the EU.
